With over 13 years experience in the world of HR, my most recent role being as Head of HR with a well known charity, I am thoroughly familiar with the pressures that organisations face.
For me personally my passion is supporting others with their people management. As an independent HR Consultant I pride myself on giving my clients the time that they deserve, ensuring that they receive excellent customer service throughout. I genuinely believe that every organisation is different and that is why I am dedicated to providing completely bespoke materials that reflect the ethos of each individual organisation. I apply the same due care and attention to each case I am involved in.
I believe in life long learning and I strive to keep my knowledge up to date. In terms of qualifications I first gained a Master of Arts in English Literature at the University of Glasgow before deciding to specialise in Human Resource Management. I then went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Napier University. I followed this with a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Employment Law with the University of Strathclyde.
